We focus our attention on providing services to values-based organizations whose mandates are to influence positive change, protect and care for communities and the environment, and who value and respect culture and its diversity.
New Leaf Enterprises Inc. (“New Leaf”) was founded by Keena Hicken-Gaberria to help organizations “do good” through the provision of professional consulting services. Leveraging extensive business and consulting experience gained through working with one of the Big Four for 13.5 years and with not-for-profit, for-profit and public organizations small and large, based locally and internationally and across most industry sectors; Keena’s vision was to establish a consulting practice that truly cares about it’s clients, and whole-heartedly believes in the client’s initiatives. As a result, New Leaf has a consciously committed interest and connection with clients who walk the talk.
Established in 2012, New Leaf began providing strategic planning, forensic accounting, risk management, project management and facilitation services. By 2013, this expanded to include operational and financial management. As of 2014, we now provide training and executive leadership coaching.

She brings over 22 years of public service experience in various leadership positions, in both operational and policy development, primarily focused on marine safety and disaster management. Suzanne is one who sees solutions where most thought none existed. Suzanne’s conscious leadership style creates results, provides inclusiveness for all — and most of all, creates purpose and engagement in workplaces. Creating harmonious teams is her specialty while meeting mandates, goals and client expectations.
New Leaf was incorporated in BC in 2012 and is based in Port Moody. New Leaf’s team members are located in Metro Vancouver and on Vancouver Island, operating remotely and from our client sites. Our team provides unique value and talent.
